Our History

He was born as the 2 nd generation of vaidhya parambhara. He belonged to the Kuttencheri tradition, one of the limbs of the famous Ashtavaidya Tradition and had special training in traditional paedeiatrics from Padinjare Kunnath Mana and traditional toxicology from Thripunithara Midukkan Thampuran. In honour to his excellence in medical practice, he was appointed as the Royal paedeiatrician of Thripunithara Palace that belonged to the Kochi kingdom and was recognized by the Madhya Pradesh government and was awarded Fellowship by the National Academy of Ayurveda. He was also the Founding Director of ‘Oushadhi’ which was then known as Sree Kerala Varma Government Ayurvedic pharmacy.
